Booking Your Skate Party

Fill out the google form with the date/time of your party request and we will check the gym availability and reserve it if available. We check emails on Fridays and you will hear back from us on the closest Friday to your inquiry. Once reserved we will send a link to fill out the liability waivers and instructions for payment. Do NOT make your own reservation on facilitron.

General Information

• Food/Drink: Skate Rental includes access to the gym/bathrooms. Food is allowed but there is a strict no alcohol/drug policy. 

• Music: A large bluetooth speaker is included.

• Entering: Please enter the date/time of your party request below and we will reach out to facilities to confirm the gym is available. Once confirmed we will send payment requests and legal forms for you to sign.

• Confirmation: Your party is confirmed only when your date/time is booked when all liability forms and payment are signed/received.

• Payment/Cost: Upon confirmation of date availability payment is due to hold reservation.

  • $150.00 for 2 hour skate party

  • $50 cleaning fee if cleaning check sheet is not met

  • OPTIONAL $50.00 for each additional hour requested

  • Rental includes 30 min set up and clean up (free of charge). For example a party from 2-4pm would be reserved from 1:30-4:30pm.

• Cancellation: 

  • Parties will not be booked during holidays, school breaks, or summer.

  • If school is cancelled, all after school events and parties will be cancelled as well (this is district policy).
