Skate parties are so fun and a great way to support the Westside PTO’s fundraising goals. Reservations depend on the availability Hood River County School District Facilities.
Skate Party Reservation Process
Fill out the inquiry form above
We will email facilities and check to see if your date is available.
When we hear back from facilities, we will email you a confirmation as well as payment details and legal forms, check-in details and the check-out cleaning list.
Once we receive payment and all forms are submitted back to us, we will book the skate/gym room for you and send you a final confirmation.
Everything you need to know to throw a great Skate Party!
Cost: $150 for the party and a $50 clean-up fee if you leave it a mess.
Food/Drinks: is only allowed on the stage area. We have one folding table we can set up on the stage for the party food/drinks.
Music: We have a bumping large bluetooth speaker you can connect to. (Please keep in mind that wifi can be spotty in the gym). We recommend that you make a playlist if you are using your phone.
Check In: The school doors by the gym will automatically unlock 30 minutes before your party start time and will lock 30 minutes after your end time.
Skate Closet: We will send you a door code to get into the skate closet where the skates, speaker and table will be ready for you.
Check out: We provide a clean up check list and will only charge you $50 if the gym and closet have not been cleaned up properly according to the custodial staff.
Couple of rules…
Absolutely NO alcohol is permitted on school property.
Clean Up: You are responsible for all clean-up - checklist provided
Lights are to remain on AT ALL TIMES in the gym.
Gym equipment is not available for use and to be left alone- ex. rock wall, bleachers, etc.
Important!
If the school district has closed school and/or all after school activities due to inclement weather or other unforeseen reasons, your skate party will be cancelled and payment will be refunded.
Parties will not be booked during holidays, school breaks, or summer.
