Party Time!

Make a Reservation Here

Click on the link and fill out the google form with the date/time of your party request.  We will check the gym availability and reserve it if available.  Once reserved we will send a link to fill out the liability waivers and instructions for payment.  Do not make your own reservation on facilitron. 

Important to note:

• Your party is confirmed only when your date/time is confirmed via email, you have signed all liability forms and payment are signed/received.

  • Parties can not be booked during holidays, school breaks, or summer.

  • If school is cancelled, all school events and parties will be cancelled as well (this is district policy).

As volunteers, we check emails on Fridays and you will hear back from us on the closest Friday to your inquiry. 

Some Simple Rules & Info

• Bathrooms

  • Skate Rental includes access to the gym/bathrooms. 

• Music: 

  • A large bluetooth speaker is included. It sounds great!

• Skate vs. Gym Equipment:

  • We have a huge amount of kids and adult skates. You are renting access to the skates not the gym equipment. All gym equipment is not available for use and to be left alone- ex. rock wall, bleachers, etc. 

• Clean Up:  

  •  *FOOD IS ALLOWED ON STAGE AREA ONLY -*NOT ALLOWED ON GYM FLOOR OR CARPETED AREA

  • ______ All food particles and small pieces of trash are to be swept up or vacuumed (vacuum is located in the skate room, dustpan/broom are stored on the side of the bleachers)

  • ______ All spills are wiped up

  • ______ All garbage from the party has been removed and placed in the dumpster by the portables on the north west side of the school by the parking lot . (garbage bags are available in the skate room)

  • ______ Gym floor has been swept with the large broom

  • ______ Skates have been sprayed and placed back in the correct location

  • ______ Put away all music or cords, tables, chairs and anything that was brought out for use. 

  • ______ Take a photo of cleaned space and email westsideptopresident@gmail.com

  • ______ Custodian will let PTO know if space is not cleaned to above standards and fee of $50 will be charged
